Appellant, Wyoming Workers Compensation Division (the Division), claims the district court erred in reversing the hearing examiners denial of benefits to appellee, Clarence W. Brewbaker (Brewbaker). The hearing examiner determined that the work activities leading to Brewbakers heart attack were not "unusual * * * or abnormal" as required by Wyo. Stat. § 2714-603(b) (1997). Finding no evidence to support the hearing examiners Conclusion, we affirm the order of the district court.
